I live in sunny Brisbane, Australia. My love of good food drives me as a cook, a reader, a traveller, an artist and but mostly as an eater. I cooked professionally for many years but have no formal training. The reds and whites in the photo make it an interesting study. Great photo.

  Thanks Francesca. I wish I’d increased the aperture an fstop a point or two and had a few more gulls in focus, it’s so easy to be wise in hindsight
