Isn’t Tintern Abbey the most wonderful place? Sadly, my best shot from there was on my iPhone and more than a bit grainy. A young nun walking under the arches. This is lovely!

Thanks Michelle. The monastery ruins in the UK are all splendid. Fire may have destroyed the roofs and fittings, but it couldn’t destroy the grandeur of the architecture or the quality of the stonemasonry, which will continue to survive, so you may revisit one day and recapture your perfect photograph
